1. What we collect

This Site is a pre-launch marketing funnel. We collect minimal personal data, only what is necessary to respond to your interest.

• Contact forms: Your name, email address, and any message content you provide when submitting a contact, join, or investor interest form.
• Email signups: Your name and email address when signing up for early access notifications.
• Optional fields: Portfolio URL (join form), firm name and investment stage (investor form).

We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or require any login on this Site.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry or message.
• To add you to our early access notification list (only when you voluntarily sign up for this).
• To review applications submitted via the join form.
• To follow up with investors who have expressed interest.

We will never use your data for purposes beyond what you consented to when submitting a form.

3. Email communications

If you sign up for early access, we will send you product launch announcements and major updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request removal at any time by emailing contact@sovyren.com .

We send emails via Resend (resend.com), our transactional email provider. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this delivery purpose. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.

4. Analytics

This Site uses two analytics services:

• Plausible Analytics — A privacy-first, cookieless analytics platform. Plausible collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and is fully GDPR/CCPA compliant without a consent banner. Data collected is aggregate only (page views, referrers, device types).
• PostHog — Used for product analytics and session recordings. PostHog is configured with person_profiles: 'identified_only', meaning no personal profiles are created for anonymous visitors. Session recordings are anonymized. PostHog's privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.

5. Bot protection

All forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible CAPTCHA alternative. Turnstile uses non-personally-identifying signals to verify you are human. No cookies are set for this purpose. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with our service providers (Resend, PostHog, Cloudflare) as described above, strictly for the purpose of operating this Site.

7. Data retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as they are relevant to the inquiry or application. Early access email signups are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data.
• Unsubscribe: Opt out of email communications at any time.

9. Cookies

This Site uses no first-party cookies. Third-party services (Cloudflare, PostHog) may set technically necessary cookies for their operation. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site or our services evolve. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
