solutions.sovyren.com is a pre-launch marketing website. It provides information about Sovyren's planned products and allows visitors to sign up for early access notifications. This Site does not:

• Sell or license any software products
• Accept payment of any kind
• Create user accounts or provide access to any product
• Constitute a binding offer or contract for any product or service

2. Email signups

Submitting your email address via any form on this Site is entirely voluntary. By doing so, you consent to receiving occasional product updates and launch announcements from Sovyren. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing contact@sovyren.com .

3. Informational content

All product descriptions, feature lists, pricing, and timelines presented on this Site are informational and subject to change. Sovyren is in active development. Pre-launch pricing, feature sets, and availability dates may change before launch without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or binding commitment regarding any product.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and code — is the property of Sovyren Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission from Sovyren.

The Flux MCP server (@sovyren/flux-mcp) is separately licensed under the MIT License. Its terms are governed by that license, not these Terms.
